We come to your home or place of business at a time convenient for you to collect your computer or laptop for repair
Once in our computer and laptop repair workshop we can then start the repair process
Once we know the full extent of your computer or laptop problem we will either fix the issue, or if any components are required we will notify you with a price, we will not replace any hardware without your permission, so no nasty surprises there
Once the computer or laptop repair is complete we will notify you and arrange a suitable time to return your computer or laptop back to your home or business
