In the years we have traded we have seen many computer repair companies come and go, but have not worried as our customer base is strong and growing by the day.
The majority of our work comes from word of mouth, which is a testament to itself, and the best form of advertising any company could wish for, so thank you to all those customers old and new that have recommended us to to their friends, colleagues and places of work and written reviews on us calling us computer gods , wizards etc
We have seen many things change, and we have had to adapt to the ever changing face of the Windows operating system. When we first started there was Windows 95, Windows 98, NT, NT4, Windows 2000, and Windows ME, and Windows XP then came Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 & 8.1 and Windows 10, so we in the computer game are forever learning
We don’t confess to know everything about computers its a subject that is too diverse, but we feel that “we are good at what we do”, and that is fixing your computer or removing that nasty virus
The worst virus we have seen is the dreaded “Cryptolocker”, this nasty piece of software encrypts all you documents, photos, music etc then demands a three figure sum to decrypt your files, it also has been known to encrypt your files in the cloud and any external backup devices attached to your computer, so with this in mind we recommend backing up regularly and removing the hard drive from your system just incase the worst happens
We have evolved over the years and added, as well as doing the usual laptop screen repair etc we think some interesting services like our remote assistance service where we connect to your computer or laptop & fix your problem, also is our very popular Computer health check service with this we diagnose all hardware problems fix your software issues and also give your computer or laptop a well deserved computer service making it run faster & enjoyable to use again
we offer onsite services to for installations, broadband issues and day to day computer repairs
We do not offer the no fix no fee like all other computer repair companies, as we feel there is not a computer that cannot be fixed, it is only when economics come into it the computer or laptop will not be fixed
