Yes it is perfectly safe and any commands/data are encrypted then passed through our secure server, ensuring that your data is not compromised
Also please note that the software we use is automatically uninstalled as soon as the connection session has been terminated, by you or us
Can you steel/upload my files etc?
No the files on your computer cannot be uploaded by us, the software we use has a safety feature to stop this, and will only allow us to transfer files one way, from our machine to yours
How long does it take?
The majority of problems can be fixed in 30 minutes
Can I see what you are doing on my computer/device?
Yes, you can see everything we do, if you are sitting in front of your computer/device
Can I terminate the connection?
